"UNACCEPTABLE SUPPORT & AFTER-SALES SERVICE"
It's been a full day and my services (r5254) are down due to their error... they cut my services off 6 months earlier than expected...

Now I'm reaching out to every single person in SRV to sort this out so that the folks (business) linked to my reseller account don’t face issues, but they’ve been dragging their feet since yesterday...

THE SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE... after-sales service is just awful... No one in the organization seems willing to take charge... everyone keeps sending me from admin to accounts to account manager and back again.

UNACCEPTABLE SUPPORT and service...

"Scam Business"
This company is a scam. They sell the same toll-free numbers to different clients and then begin to offer extremely delayed support. I didn’t go to consumer court just because I didn’t have the time. My business is suffering big time.

"Top-notch IVR and Voice SMS Solution"
We've been utilizing Sarv's IVR, Voice Messaging, and SMS services, and so far, everything's running smoothly. Haven't encountered any problems up to now. The service is solid, especially Gaurav, who’s always ready to help out if something comes up.

Sarv takes care of all my tech requirements. I launched a business, purchased a domain, and set up cloud hosting and email marketing. In my opinion, Sarv stands out as the top cloud service in India.
